Drive chain structure characteristics

• Chain wheel gear drive：The roller drive chain uses a sprocket gear drive method, which has the advantage of eliminating one step in the chain assembly process.

• Roller chain design：Compared to traditional bushing chains, the roller chain design reduces friction, thereby improving efficiency and reducing wear.

• Built-in O-ring：Some roller chains are designed with O-rings built into the space between the outer link plates and inner roller chain plates. These rubber seals form a barrier that keeps the grease used in the factory fixed within the pin and bushing wear areas, while preventing dust and other contaminants from entering the inside of the chain.

Maintenance

• Maintain good coplanarity and unobstructed chain channels.：The sprockets of the transmission should maintain good coplanarity, and the chain passage should remain unobstructed.

• Appropriate slack edge curvature：The slack side sag of the chain should be kept moderate to reduce unnecessary stress concentration.

• Regular inspection and lubrication：Regularly check the wear and lubrication condition of the chain to ensure that the chain is in good working condition.
